The author talks about how the influence has been democratized. I read it and could not agree more. Call it democratization or call it decentralization or any other word that comes to your mind. The bottom line is, we the people, have been given this opportunity to become a writer, a thinker, a contributor and spread our knowledge with the power of blogging. This is truly amazing.

Write about what matters to you. Anything comes from the heart is of quality. People will love it. Share that bond with others with same passion, build your own community, share the sorrow, share the joy. The feeling of belonging is one of a kind.

Today I want to talk a little bit about creating or developing a passion.

Can you really develop or crate a passion? Some people think it is possible.

Here is another interesting article that talks about finding your passion.

Before you start blogging you MUST find out what you are passionate about. I firmly believe in that but I also believe in other view points and want you to read that as well.

Once you decide what you are going to write it about, you may need to do a few other things to start blogging. There are a lot of blog sites out there. I am using blogger.com

1 ) Create a google account

Go to www.google.com and create an account

2 ) Go to blogger.com and login using your google id and password and create a blog.

3 ) Setup AdSense account by visiting http://www.google.com/adSense

4 ) Integrate adSense with your blog site

5 ) Use social networking sites like facebook, twitter to promote your blog site.

Once again I started surfing the net and looking for a formula to discover passion. Pretty soon I was getting pulled in million directions. I soon realized why. Finding your passion is your own journey. You can not use someone else's journey to get to your destination.

Here is some general guidelines to figure out what your passion is.

Close your eyes and think of what comes to your mind first that makes you happy. Listen to your heart and you will find your passion. It may take a bit longer but you will find it.

You will find many more quotes on true passion. But you get the point. Passion is what drives our life.

We have to find our passion. Passion is the fuel that drives our life. Without it, we are just pushing our lives. No wonder we get so tired sometimes.

I can share my passion with you.

I was addicted to cigarettes. I struggled with this habit for years. I was never a heavy smokers but i could never quit for good until 7 years ago. Finally I was able to quit for good.

Having gone through that painful experience, I am very passionate about helping people who want to quit smoking. I have written a book on it and started a blog as well.

If you know anybody who is trying to quit smoking, please forward this blog information to him or her. Even if I can help one person quit smoking, it is all worth it.

Passion. They love what they do. When you love your work, your work is no longer a burden.

You do it because you love it.

With that said, the brutal reality is most of us don't get what we want. We can still do what we love, if we look for things to do. One such thing is blogging.

Regardless of who you are, you will be passionate about something. If you find that something, and start blogging, you will see amazing results.
